Bruce Ostroff<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bruce Ostroff is a seasoned real estate development professional with over two decades of experience leading high-profile residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Since joining Hotel Dynamics in 2004, Bruce has played pivotal roles on both the development management and general contracting sides of major developments, bringing a comprehensive and strategic approach to every phase of project execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bruce’s career highlights include serving as Development Manager for the acclaimed 1 Hotel Central Park on behalf of Starwood Capital, as well as acting as Project Executive for a 500,000-square-foot, 534-unit residential development in Astoria, NY. Most recently, he led the construction of the new Core Club New York, widely recognized as the most exclusive private club in the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bruce has been working with the iconic 1.3 million-square-foot New Yorker Hotel for over 20 years. As Asset Manager and Development Manager, he has been spearheading strategic planning, performance analysis, benchmarking, and project management for both renovations and ongoing capital expenditure projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bruce began his career in the hotel real estate sector with Hospitality Valuation Services, where he performed appraisals and market studies for hotel assets related to acquisitions, dispositions, and legal matters.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Eric Serrilli is an Owner\u2019s Representative and Development Manager specializing in high-end private residential, multifamily, and hospitality projects. With nearly 40 years in the construction and real estate industry, he brings deep expertise and a proven ability to guide complex projects from concept to completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eric is dedicated to building strong, collaborative relationships with clients, architects, engineers, trades, and vendors to ensure every project\u2019s success. His career spans construction management, development, and owner\u2019s representation, giving him the experience to effectively manage preconstruction and construction processes \u2014 from budget development and program management to risk identification and team coordination. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the years, Eric has spearheaded the engineering of intricate stone designs in Italy, navigated the demands of foreign stakeholders on pioneering projects in India, and overseen everything from ground-up modern residences to the restoration of century-old landmarks in New York City. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He understands that while processes share common threads, each client\u2019s vision is unique, and every building presents its own challenges. His focus remains on aligning vision with execution to create results that stand the test of time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
