Bruce F. Ostroff, Founder and Managing Partner

Bruce Ostroff has been with Hotel Dynamics since 2004. Mr. Ostroff has extensive experience managing the development of real estate residential, commercial and hospitality projects. Bruce has served in both the Development Management role on behalf of owners as well as the Project Executive role on the general contracting side of largescale projects. As an example, Bruce was the Development Manager for the 1 Hotel Central Park for Starwood Capital.  He more recently was the Project Executive for a 500,000 sf 534 apartment residential project in Astoria, NY and the Project Executive for the new Core Club New York, the most exclusive private club in NYC.  Previously, Bruce performed extensive work at the 1.3M sf New Yorker Hotel including strategic planning, analysis of operating performance, benchmarking, and development of financing strategies. He was responsible for the project management and the development of financing documents as the Owner’s Representative which enabled the New Yorker to obtain $65M of construction financing for the renovation of the hotel. He graduated with an Economics degree from Cornell University and holds a Masters in Business Administration from New York University. He started in the hotel real estate sector consulting and appraising properties with Hospitality Valuation Services. There he performed vital appraisals and market studies of hotel assets for acquisition, disposition and legal disputes.  

Eric Serrilli, Principal

Mr. Serrilli is an accomplished construction and real estate professional with experience on multiple project types and sizes including high end residential, hotels, schools, and corporate facilities. While the majority of his experience has been in New York City, Mr. Serrilli has also managed projects in the surrounding suburbs, Florida, Boston and India. He has experience managing both the preconstruction and construction processes in a variety of delivery methods and roles including developer, owner’s representative, general contractor at risk, construction manager as agent, and design build. He has led teams in budget development, program management, risk identification and mitigation, design team management, scheduling, estimating, trade coordination, cost control, contract negotiation, change order analysis and negotiation, forensic investigations, design review and report preparation.
